At Bathlux, we begin processing your order as soon as it is confirmed to ensure quick dispatch and delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Bathlux reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prepaid Orders
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch.
- Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders that have already been dispatched.
- Custom-made or special-order products (if applicable).
- Products that are already out for delivery with the courier partner.
