Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver products across India through reliable courier and logistics partners. Delivery availability depends on your PIN code.
Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. Bathlux may also offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can also track your order through your My Orders section after logging into your account.
Packaging
All products are packed securely using protective packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Fragile products receive additional protective packaging.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, Bathlux shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
